Costing for Updating A 3 Bed Terrace House

I have done a viewing today of a 3 bed end victorian terrace house and am interested in putting an offer in but it needs the following doing and would like an estimate first:
Windows - currently has aluminium frames and needs double glazing in all windows. There were 2 x front bay windows, 2 x small side windows, 2 x kitchen windows, then 2 x bedroom windows plus needs a new back door. Approximately how much should I set aside to cover this as I have no idea.
thank you
