I have been looking at this account to transfer £11k - have decided to go for one year and see how things go next year - they are offering 3% with a £50 cheque bonus payable at the start

I've read reports of long delays and errors in ISA transfers between organisations. If the account is only opened once the funds arrive, and there is a delay, the deadline could be easily missed.

I hope that you noticed that if you make a withdrawal other than in December then you will lose a month's interest on the total balance.

The money is there for retirement so I'm not bothered about withdrawls, but yes I was aware.

As someone has said watch out for the cost to withdraw money, and for anybody with more than £11k to transfer, their standard e-isa offers a better rate with no penalties.
