Paypal payment reversed! Help!

Had an email from paypal saying that a payment from one of my buyers had been reversed due to "fraudulent bank account use"! I sent the item off a few weeks back and we've both left feedback already (positive)....and i've sent an email to the buyer (2 days ago) but no reply as of yet. Stated a deadline of Friday or else....

...what? what can i do? filing a NPB isn't gonna help if they're just gonna ignore me....is there no way to get my money back?! :(:(:(:(:(

    Contact Paypal immediately.

Do you have proof of postage? If so you should be able to prove your innocence. Also point out the fact that the buyer has left feedback, why do this if they didn't receive the item?

Is it definitely for this item as well? Check your EBay and Paypal accounts for evidence of suspicious activities, perhaps your account has been hijacked.

Sounds like this could be a mistake on Paypal's part.

You could also request the buyer's details from EBay and give them a call, see if they know anything about it.

Is the buyer in the UK?

If so pull his details and phone.

If as I suspect they are not in the UK, you will probably find that the PayPal account is empty and you will have to claim from EBay and that will take months.

Might just be a PayPal stuff up??!!

Thanks for posting UK number, I will note it down for future reference. Although at 50p/min hopefully I will never need it! :D
