Duty Free cheaper in England or Dubai?

Is it cheaper to buy duty free items such as perfume in England, before flying out, or at Dubai airport and is there much difference - if any ?

there is a price guide on here which should give you a rough idea.
I found the duty free in dubai better value than the Uk duty free, but as always it depends on the exchange rate and what you buy.
We bought a camera at way below the Uk duty free price at dubai airport.
A fair few shops and choice as well0 -
oh forgot the prices are in US dollars and Dirhams0
