Hiya, i am just in the process of writing my first letter to the halifax to claim back ppi that i beleive was mis sold on a loan that my husband took out with them in 2006.
My question is where do i post the letter to? do i send it to the branch of halifax that dealt with the loan or is there a different address that all ppi claims should go to.
Any help would be very much appreciated ....many thanks mel x

Send everything to Customer Relations - hopefully they're good to you and you don't have to them follow it up with a letter to the Office of the Chief Exec (same address) but keep it n your armoury just in case!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0

Hi there
Hope you receive this soon hun.;)
Give them a call and ask if they even arranged payment yet?
If you do not receive this by Friday, I would send them a Letter before action (LBA) letter and give them 7-14 days deadline, or you will consider taking further action.
I done this with one of mine, it worked lol, but good luck anyway, keep us posted, look forward to seeing this posted in the Success thread.:DThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi
Just started my own claim against halifax, had loan for £6000 almost 4yrs ago, PPI on it was £1800, sent 1st letter and had the "we're looking into it" letter back.
Just wondered if any of you could give me any useful info, or let me know what grounds you were claiming on?
Cheers x0 -
