Old Goldfish accounts

I'm a bit stuck here, I used to have a Goldfish credit card and loan and although I still have record of the account numbers I can't find an address to write to for copies of statements etc.
Anyone any idea where I can get this fom now?
The loan was taken out on 2003, that card in 1997 but I repaid both with a consolidation loan (yes, I know....:o ) in 2004 and want to check what charges were made to the accounts.
