when to claim back from seller via paypal?

paid for an item via paypal (item description states will be sent 1st week feb) but seller no longer a registered user on ebay. and no item has arrived

the end date of auction was 28th jan

would it be worth fililng a paypal dispute now? its was only £10 or leave it a few days

    file it asap, has the seller contacted you at all? Have you contacted them? What feedback did they have?

    sellers feedback 6 no contact from them but i did send them an email requesting an update
