Car Sticking in Gear

Hi, my car has been in the garage for the last two months and now that it is fixed it is sticking in gear, particularly in reverse.
In believe this may be as it hasn't been used very much and therefore is not lubricated very well.
Does anybody know how I can get the gears lubricated so that I can drive it without any problems?
Thanks
DBTL

What has it " been in the garage " for?
Gears are lubricated by gearbox oil, so it is unlikely to be that.0 -
change the gear box oil
oil the linkage0 -
It was in the garage for electrical problems linked to the power steering so I don't think it is connected.0
