    my son has mild aspergers syndrome, he's now 25yrs old, and left uni last yr. To get him the help he needs we were advised to go to the docs and get a 6 month sick note saying he suffers from AS. this then meant he got IB and also able to go on to working links and then Pathways. he has now got an interview next week with social services to do work experience, like your son- no confidence etc!
    hope you get the support and help you need, i have faced an uphill battle most of his life trying to get help!!
  • Hi I just wante to say Hi,cannot help you as im in the exact same position as you with a son the same age as yours and currently doing a college course with similar problems as your son....its hard isnt it!
