Advice needed - Bankruptcy was 6 years ago yesterday, what to do next?

    So a contract phone is a good way to start? I was assuming upgrading to a debit card, but I'm happy to do it in whatever order - I've waited six years, I don't mind it taking time!

    If you look at an example of a credit file and see the sort of things that are on there.. obviously you won't get loans etc but if you start off with the small things then eventually it'll start to look "good" (as good as it can with BR on it!)

  • Just a thought but Barclays did bring out a credit card ,or some account last year, that was aimed at building / improving credit rating....I`ll take a look tomorrow & see if I can find anything.
