    Sadly there's no flying pig smiley.

    The only way the backlog will have come down is if they've reopened their famous lift shaft. However, if they have, the case will, of course, not be dealt with at all.

    Just to update, assessment has been completed and I am now awaiting confirmation of first payment date. So for me at least going via the CSA has been an easy process.

    Am happy for you!!! Of course there are easy straightforward cases that the CSA deal with day in and day out - we just don't get to hear of them very often on this site sadly!!!
