Pontypridd Market?

Hello everyone

I was just wondering is there still a market in pontypridd? Whats happened to it? The last time I went it looked like a car park with only 2 stalls!

Anyone know what's happening with it? and is it worth going as I used to get alot of bargains from there.

Can anyone shed some light on it?

It does operate although no where near as many stalls as there used to be. I go on a Sat when there are quite a few stalls open. I buy chicken breasts, the cards and wrapping paper are good value, flowers, some f&v there and use one of the cafe's. I am sure someone will post more info.

Thx for the info but what about any good clothes stalls? Or underwear, socks etc? There used to be a good variety of garments stalls - are they still there?

The indoor part is still going as well...

Yes there are some garment stores but as I said it is not as good as it used to be - its worth a look though - i usually make sure i check out shops in Ponty too - I get some brill bargains.

ok thx to all your replies, so I have decided to go on wednesday as I have heard that the outdoor market is open, so I will see what bargains I can find...
and in this 'credit crunch' time I think I might just find some bargains in the market.
