Getting Credit File

I need to get a hard copy of my Experian credit file to take into my branch to convert my bank account.
I signed up with a free trial with Experian a while back and then cancelled it. I tried to log in to pay the £2 for the file and it keeps telling me that I have to renew my membership before continuing.
Is there another way of getting them to send me my file.

getting your £2 credit report for Eqifax is like getting blood out of a stone, when you do finally get it the info on it tells you nothing about your credit rating.
They want you to use their on-line expensive report instead!
Experian are much better to deal with its a shame mor companies dont use them and ditch Equifax0 -
Well no the £2 credit report does not tell you your credit rating/score. It doesn't with any of the three agencies. It's just prints of what they hold on you. But for £2 - that's all I would expect. Plus at the end of the day, I couldn't care less what EQUIFAX, CALLCREDIT or EXPERIAN score me. That's only indicative. I am more interested in what the lender scores me, which it totally different.0
