Hi!
I'm in the middle of reclaiming charges on a couple of credit cards. I've got the standard "we're not wrong, but have this tiny amount back" responses, so I'm going on to the next step.
The query I have is in relation to the fact that the amount of interest that I am reclaiming is also increasing as the days pass - for example in the original letter I sent one bank, the interest was £82.93 (sent 17/01/09), but with the 4 weeks that have passed since then, the interest has grown to £85.70. Now I know that's not a massive amount of growth (!), but I wanted to know in this next letter, should I change the interest amount to the new amount, or keep it at the original amount asked for in the first letter?
Thank you for any advice you have!
