What to do next, non payment?

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to selling, and sold a dress on ebay, the auction ended on saturday night, I sent the buyer an invoice and no payment.

I then sent a message just to remind them about payment and no reply.

Tomorrow it will be a week since the auction was won, and still no sign of a reply

I was just wondering what the next step should be?

Thanks in advance for any replies :D

After the full 7 days has elapsed you can start the NPB process and 8 days after that you can close the dispute and reclaim your Final value fees.

To open the dispute log safely into ebay and into your sold page. Use the drop down box by your item to report an unpaid item and go for the option that says buyer has not paid.

Sometimes people don't pay for a week, it is a bit frustrating but there is unfortunately nothing that can be done.

Thanks for that, do you think I should send another message tonight just as a reminder?
