The above maybe technically incorrect,(although if the child is registered as being in LEA education then by law they do have to be there) but you are being pedantic. It is clear what the poster meant. As the child is in school the poster is correct about their duty of care.0

I'd have thought it was quite obvious, Polish, that seeing as the child IS in school then they DO have a duty of care.0
