I see no rose??..... Metro-sexuals have no need of superficial symbols of lurve anyway ;-)

My OH will have to make to do with a bottle of Badedas shower gel.....selfishly purchased as it makes him smell nice.

Top left hand corner...in his mouth.

Mine, thankfully, has purchased for me a superficial symbol of love. Not roses though, I'm getting rocks.:T

It is if you steal them from someone's garden.

Or commit an armed robbery on a florist. In fact, that last bit of advice was included in this week's 'Martin's Money Tips' e-mail.

    Long term MSE as well.

As well as free flowers, it could earn you a few years free board and lodgings at Her Majesty's pleasure. :p:D

I'll probably not get any roses again....always looked forward to my flowers on valentines day (and the umpteem other days he would buy them for me), mind you, I have received a valentines card! Haven't opened it yet, just held it up to the light to see what writing was on the front of the card....
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I do..I remember him being dressed up as Guy Fawkes.....could be appropriate for now?

Honest...on my PC right now...I see no rose, just the usual grin and metro sexual, stripey shirt.

    God yes!

I meant roses this year, like last year and the year before....none.
I was rather spoilt in my marriage, I received flowers on a very regular basis, not just birthdays etc and I really miss receiving them.

It's one of the things I really miss about being in a relationship.

N.B. I am actually at the start of being romanced right now hence the valentines card! Fingers crossed eh? :j

    Whoohooooooo, good luck.

Flowers are wonderful, but I wouldn't take a bad/the wrong relationship with flowers and the fluffy moments over no flowers on valentine's day but peace of mind. Easy to say from my position I know, but nonetheless true.
