When u have the keys.
You can get the numbers off the meters or call a number to find out who they're with.
M Number enquiry line on 0870 608 1524*0 -
thanks ill keep that number handy is that just for gas or is it for elec and water too?0

It's gas only I think (might b for both dunno) - but if the suppliers were the same they'll tell you.
Water will be whoever does water for the area - there's no option about who stings you for water rates is there?
If you have meters still in then take photos of them the day you get the keys. Put them somewhere sensible so you have proof of initial meter readings.0 -
Our solicitor told us that after we have exchanged contracts we can go ahead and contact the utility companies to arrange for the services to be turned on on our completion dateIt's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.0

remember to use saynoto0870.com to avoid paying too much to phone all the utility companies0

The previous occupier informs the utilitity companies of their final reading. Then you inform them of your initial reading. With luck these figures do not differ much................................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0
