Loan Charges

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Can somebody help me please.

Are loan charges that i have incurred something that can be reclaimed now (ie like credit card charges) or is it part of the bank test case? I bank with HSBC but had a loan with MBNA (Virgin Loans) who charged me late payment fees etc.

    not sure what you mean by "loan Charges"

    are you talking about thse "write off the Loan Debt" adverts in the papers at the moment
