Was invited by Nationwide Autocentre in Llandudno for a 'free' tyre, brakes and exhaust check. Booked in and told it would take 1 hour. Dropped car off and was told it would take 2 hours. Collected car and guess what it hadn't been looked at as bookings had come in over the internet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
