Address for Abbey Credit Card

Hi all,
I'm just trying to track down the address to send a claim for an Abbey National Credit card (2002-2006), when it was issued by MBNA. I didn't think I'd paid many charges on this old account, but I've just been through the statements and it's more than £700!
Should I send this to:
- Abbey National (the bank)
- MBNA (the "card issued by" people)
- the address on one of my statements, and hope it's still valid? There's no "customer service" address, just a registered office and it looks like MBNA's anyway.
I have an outstanding fees claim with Abbey and am approaching them under financial hardship, so I'd rather not rock the boat with them if at all possible. I'm thinking writing to MBNA's registered address, and sticking "Abbey Credit Card" on the front of the latter would be the most obvious approach?
Any ideas?
