It means it is full of very expensive but tasteless stuff. You won't like it, but it will be such good quality that you daren't rip it out. For example, gold taps, sparkly diamonds on the chandeliers and a plush avocado carpet.

  • Sounds rubbish to me, the best adverts are the most descriptive, easy to understand ones.
  • Is it deceptively spacious as well?

Strange as they used it for my flat! It's definitely NOT any of the above and although it is tastefully decorated (ie no horror carpet colours/wallpaper/strange coloured bathroom suite) thought it was a strange way to describe the place....!

Apart from the wheely bin scrapes across the gravel front.. It's so posh inside - very nice - but very very very very dear imo. And propertybee says it's not budged in price either since they put it on in August.
  • Done up that nicely, they haven't budged in price, and its on at 140k. Was it built on a burial ground?

  • If I were an EA I wouldn't make many sales. I would refer to that property as "tarted up for a quick sale".
We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.

No it's just New Moston - north Manchester. A little way down from the local working mans club and opposite a house that's used to house people for social services/prisons/who knows
    and has no parking.

Next door but 2 sold for 60k in Jul 2005
Next door sold for 99k in Sep 2007 and then 141k in Mar 2008...

So I can see where they got the idea of 139k from...
