Help £33,000 Savings Best Account Over 55 PLEASE

hi can anyone help me , my mother has around £30,000 in savings which she has in Natwests 30 day bonus account , which pays very little in the way of interest plus another 3,000 in an cash ISA
Can anyone recommend an good high street account ( not online ) where she will get a good rate of interest and nothing longer than 6 months investment .
She is 57 and works 2 days a week and earns less than £100 .
I have read the main page about accounts but it gets a bit confusing
