I am trying to claim back my bank and credit card charges and also miss-sold PPI If I took all my statements to my local CAB would they be able to help me add up what I can reclaim?
If not the CAB then who can I go to for free? I am getting so wound up thinking I may add up things I am not meant to and exclude ones I am (if I submit the wrong info to my claim I assume it becomes invalid and they throw it out and I get nothing and no second chance
) that I am putting off the chance of reclaiming and putting the money to clear debt.

TBH I get the impression that CAB are not that clued up, particularly re bank and credit card claims. Probably better on mis-sold PPI, but even then will depend on whether that particular CAB has any advisors experienced in that area.
What's wrong with MSE or any of the other consumer forums? It's really not that difficult. You need to start a thread on each bank/credit card/PPI claim
