Can I reclaim charges on a business account?

Hi can anyone tell me if it is possible to claim back the charges on my business account?

Depends on the charges. Admin and service charges cannot be reclaimed as they are not penalty charges.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I was charged for going overdrawn without an overdraft because the cash I paid in to cover a DD that was going to be paid did not clear for 3 days!!
Can I claim these fees back?
Is there somewhere that tells you which you can claim for a business account?
