Hi all (again),
Hot on the heels of my Lombard Tricity PPI pursuit, I'm about to write to Egg about the credit card PPI they sold me in 2004. However, I'm not sure about the address I'm supposed to be using. The on on the PPI letter is in Basildon (Cardholder Services BH2, Christopher Martin Road) but as the FSA ruling talks about a Derby office, I'm not sure if I should be writing there.
Do any Egg Credit Card PPI claimants have the right address to use?
Thanks :-)
Kev

Hi there
I've got a claim in at the moment and I wrote to:
EGG
Riverside Road
Pride Park
Derby
DE99 3GG
They are very quick at responding by letter, but not so good with telephone queries.
Good luck:wave:0 -
Thanks - I'll lob my claim at that address then :-)
I know what you mean about telephone, and I think they're just as bad with the "secure messages" they demand you use :-P
Cheers,
Kev
