    Big G said to me last night, "so what are we doing for valentines day this year? I assume you're going to the bingo and i'm going shooting as it's saturday night?!"

    I said "sounds like a plan!!" lol!!!

    It's his birthday on 18th, and i will get weighed again on 19th, so i said i would take him out for a curry on the thursday night. I'll have plain chicken tikka breast, no rice etc... i only "eat" on a thursday after weigh in!!!
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    he always sounds like his nose has been broken...does that help! no!

    tbh - my SIL is VERY bad with money.....and her OH owes Lloyds and is not paying it so I think her brush has been tarnished...

    There was different prices Sammy for different packages.

    And although YOU may not do Valentines, ask DH to pay...

    Around £95 for a 'nice' package (phnar phnar) that included lunch and 120 minutes of treatments I think.

    Ok so hoovered and cleaned toilet, been to town, bought oven cleaner...yet to clean it though. Can't believe where the time has gone this morning...never enough time in the day when Im on my own
