Where to save my my 2010 Summer holiday?

Between now and next summer I hope to be able to save between £200 and £500 per month towards an expensive holiday next year.

At some point I will need access to some of the money to pay for flight deposits, but most I can probably leave tied up until July 2010.

So where the best place to put the money? I do have a Mini Cash ISA with Smile, but don't know the current interest rate. Natwest (my bank) have offered me a 3.51% Gross/AER on their Cash ISA or 3.14% AER on a standard saving account.

Smile have been rubbish for years.

0.5% for the ISA, 1% if you have a current account with them.

    I'd transfer it out.

You should use two regular savers - one with Barclays, one with Bradford and Bingley (or HSBC if you have the right current account with them). You'll need to transfer the money after one year.
