Theres this item in mind which may go for more than 500 pounds, however my paypal account isn't verified so I can't store that much in the account. Would it me be possible for me to pay direct from my bank account via paypal, as the auction ends in 6 days and there is no way I can the funds into paypal within that time scale? Cheers

Except I don't have a credit card yet, but just a debit card0 -
If your account is not verified your total spending limit is £ 500. If you have used your paypal account before you will not be able to pay £ 500 by CC or any other method through your account unless you become verified. Only then will they remove your sending and receiving limits.I this site!!!0

Yes, you can only put money into your paypal account from your bank account if you are verified. Are there any other ways you can pay for the item?Small change can often be found under seat cushions.

Personally I wouldn't risk using any other method of payment for such a large item. If anything goes wrong an ebay claim, assuming it succeeds, has a limit of £105 the rest of the money will automatically be lost. The only option I would consider, and it would be up to the seller to agree, would be cash on collection.
Is it not possible to get verified and wait for the next item to come along?
