I still can't find these pancakes!

I went into Lidl and Tesco on my way home from work with no luck.

Post above says they are in Waitrose.

I was glad to spot that as I too didn't think you could buy it in any supermarkets.

If you live in London I would suggest a trip to Wing Yip in Cricklewood it's got everything there, or for central London you could try Chinatown....HTH
  • Round my way (Edinburgh), I get the pancakes from my local Chinese supermarket, but my mum is down in North West England and always buys them (and the cooked duck) from Bury Market.

    Depends where you are!

you can definately buy the pancakes in the chilled aisle of waitrose :)

Our Waitrose only has them intermitantly so it might be worth a phone call first if it's out of your way. They are 99p for 10.

Sorry, I should of mentioned that Waitrose is out of the question. My neareast Waitrose is nearly 15 miles away in Bath... I'm not paying the ridiculous parking fees or a train fair to Bath just to get some pancakes - would end up cheaper to go to a restaurant tonight! :p
  • Also, my nearest Chinese supermarket is in Bristol, which is even further away, although I am tempted to take a drive there so I can get some other bits and bobs.

Anyone know of a Chinese supermarket in the Wiltshire area?
