Hi guys,
right my SIL has a laptop and a desktop which I have set up on a secure wireless network, my question is, the printer (not wireless) is hooked up to the desktop, now my question is can I get this to appear on the network so that both the desktop and laptop can use it, or does she need a wireless printer for this to happen.
and if so how.
thankyou.

On the desktop just go into Printers via control panel, right click on the printer and select Sharing then tick the box to share it.
Remember that the PC needs to be online for the laptop to be able to use the printer !0 -
