If you travel by First Great western trains, no matter how infrequently, join their FORWARD customer scheme.

Every month or so you get a voucher book with all sorts of real offers - free tea/coffee, free parking, free upgrades to 1st Class, etc.

They send their magazine too, which is an interesting read.

Forward membership is open to Season Ticket holders (monthly Season Tickets or longer) and customers travelling using Open Return tickets in either First Class or Standard Class. This programme replaces First Great Western's previous 'Merlin' and 'Seasoned Traveller' schemes which were no longer meeting the demands of our customers."
