The Range: selling MFI bankrupt stock

I went past my local The Range in York today and they had a big banner outside saying "MFI BANKRUPT STOCK - MUST GO SOON"

I didn't get to go in, due to the snow, so don't know how good the bargains are. Anyone know if this is nationwide with The Range and how cheap the stock is?

there was no sign at exeter store two days ago but they were clearing and rearranging loads of shelving units

was reading about this in paper where one guy bought the whole stock in the biggest furniure deal in history. He said he was going to sell some through retail outlets and some through a website.

Have just phone my local range store in Plymouth to get some missing parts and they gave me this web link http://www.mfistock.co.uk/index.html seems to be promising

I had a look in yesterday. They were selling some kids bunk beds, wardrobes and lots of desks. They didn't seem particularly cheap though.

There is a range near us and they sell pretty much anything! All sorts of homewares, arts and crafts (huge selection!),birthday cards, outdoor furniture (quite nice aswell!), animal supplies, gardening things, xmas lights (at xmas!) it's a bit cheapy, but the store doesn't look too tacky for a cheap shop, mind you, it is fairly new. I've only been in a few times, but could quite easily spend ages in there!

Is there ex-MFI bathroom furniture on sale in the Range stores? Especially interested in the Norwich branch.

Norwich had some stock in. Mainly bedroom furniture to be honest. A few kitchen appliances and a few lounge products. Didn't see any bathroom products though. This was lunchtime on Friday.
