What is PayPaI ? Fake Paypal site?

I have received this email twice. Is this a fake Paypal site?

** PayPaI Account Block Notice **

Your account has been blocked due to numerous invalid login attempts.
You will be unable to send and receive funds until your account has been
activated by verification.

Use the link below to remove the block from your account:

It then gives a link, which I have not clicked on

Failing to unblock your account will result temporary account suspension.

Sincerely,
:confused::confused:
Thanks for any advice.

Regardless of PayPai and whether or not they exist... this has 'phishing email' written all over it.

    - Telling you to click on this link
    - Telling you your account is blocked
    - Telling you AN ACCOUNT YOU DON'T POSSESS is blocked :D

Yes, it is one of many scam sites designed to get you to enter your paypal details.

Never click on these links (or any supposedly from banks)

the only way to check, is to log into paypal and check it.

however, this does look like a fake email with a similar name to paypal just to catch people out

Any suspicious emails like this just forward them to spoof@paypal.com & they will tell you if it is a phishing email, never click on any links in them......
What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!
  • I get these regularly too. Never even been tempted to click on the link.

And just some general advice, whe you get any emails, especially from money/shopping sites, just don't click the links in the email, go to their website manually and log on normally, this way you can't get email phished!
