NPower door to door
Hello all,
Today I had a visit from a rep from NPower. I spoke to him and he started to try and baffle me with numbers, how much he can save me etc.
I asked him questions but still couldn't work out how I would save at least £40 a year plus £20 for being on direct debit plus a further 7%.
Eventually I brought out my bill and asked him to simply tell me what the unit costs were. He was baffled and couldn't match any of my single fuel (electricity) prices for economy 7, day primary or day secondary. I asked him to try, maybe speak to his boss about it but he still couldn't get anywhere near my current prices.
Advice to all, have your bills nearby so when you get these door to door salespeople you can compare like for like there and then.
Or simply use a price comparison website which is how I got my current supplier and tariff.
