Ok we sold finally

We have finally accepted an offer from a decent buyer & all those agents who urged us to sell then negocate hard ("We can show you lots when you have sold you can negociate hard then " seem to have evaporated the promised deals & are offering nothing of interest ~ Most of it looks pretty expensive from our new position ie the sort of price that we couldnt sell at & so got aggressive with our asking price or developers new builds that were premium & still are premium considering they are shoe box size.)
We dont have to move but now is personally a good time. We are trading up & & will have 75% as a deposit but suspect getting us a low price (Not quite giveaway - but low - a 25% drop from early 07 val) -may be only to their advantage.
I was thinking about the auctioneers any others apart from B.Marcus anyone can reccommend.
