CCCS sent me somebody elses budget!

CCCS were sending me a copy of my budget to revise, I opened the letter today and was reading the figures and thought, these are all wrong, what's going on :confused: I then looked at the name and it was for somebody else :eek: So I have somebody's full name, CCCS reference number and all details of their incomings and…

Where did my post go? Hmmm maybe I dreamt it? :rotfl:

Well I rang CCCS and she apologised and said she would pass it on to her team leader. She didnt take any of the persons details or anything.

So all done and dusted. No talk of injunctions, compensation and all that malarky. :rolleyes:

And now my DMP is all set up at last :j
