    Have your friend look at this website as it states the requirements for each benefit in black & white, and may answer some of there questions.

    Hey thats a great website, have added it to my favourites! Wish I had come across it earlier in my benefits 'fiasco'! Trying to explain the different benefits to my Mum is a nightmare to put it mildly but this should help!!
