Travel Insurance for over 70's

As we are constantly told, don't travel abroad without adequate(?) travel insurance.
So what do you do when you reach the fantastically old age of 70? I know at 70 I am supposed to roll over and let the younger generation take over the world exploration, but I feel I have a tadsworth of years left, and would like to fly to several place again. Like OZ and NZ, and the US of A.
All of which will be barred to me in March.
Does anyone have the name of a reasonable Travel Insurance company that doesn't believe that someone of 70 is going to need a full air ambulance and resus team in attendance?

If you turn 70 in march it can be worth taking an annual policy out just before you turn 70 as they will rate you as being 69 which is much much cheaper. Have a look around and get quotes on single trips and annual policies.

Be aware that america is very very expensive for travel insurance

Egg go up to 85 for single trips, but when I last checked the same rules did not apply to annual policies.
I was checking for an 80 year old, so it might be worth checking.

I don't think you'll have a massive problem.
It starts to get very difficult at 85.

Norwich Union used to be good on over 65s I assume they still are.
