Well I'm afraid I have been awful and already brought a mag, only 60p, but still very bad of me after all the help and advice every one has given me.
I promise I will try much harder, after reading all your ideas here is my POA (plan of action!!!)
1) Put all the web links on my favoites list, easy access
2) Have a seperate pot to put money in which I would have spent on mags and see how it adds up
3) Speak to the girls on reception at work, they are always reading mags, so I will ask if I could have those after they have finished with them
4) May ask for a subscription for my b'day, not susre yet though, not for a month, so will see how I go
5) Check out my local library to see what they have to offer
Ha ha Jesster I like your idea, lurking round WHSMith!! I just feel guilty though reading something that I have not paid for!!!
Will see how that goes.
I will post an update to let you know if I have brought any mags by the end of the month and how much money I have in my pot!!!
Thanks again everyone, glad its not just me who is a crazy mag chick!!!

Hey forsya,
I was thinking about you today (strange when I don't know you) - I was in my local Oxfam and they had PILES of mags at 40p each - OK and Heat and Now and New Woman etc etc - you get the idea. Okay, they were a couple of weeks/months out of date - but still a good read.
I like your plan of action - let us know how you get on?
