  • hi all!
i have just thanks to this site and martin lewis the star, sent my letter and such off to hsbc leeds!! i have had several loans with them over the years and am pretty shocked when i look into how much i have paid when i did not need it!!! you are always steered to believe that it is part and parcel of the loan agreement-all typed up on the same page with one signature at the bottom! i always went into the bank to sort it out and it was definitely not fully explained to me!!i dont think it is the individuals themselves, just how they are taught to sell it!!
wish me luck! ultimately if it just gets the ombudsman to keep a closer eye on these organisations it is a step in the right direction!! power to the people and stop ripping us off!!!
