They probably thought they could bully their way through, has anyone ever seen any PPC act in any other way than as a playground bully with their demands for 'lunch money'. In my view they don't enhance the gene pool very much.

He isn't mistaken. It was as he said. You are thinking of another case; it wasn't Excel.

As much as 'Team PePiPoo' are rightly singing and dancing at the mo the defendant failed to follow all of the advice and very nearly lost IMO because of a procedural mistake of his own.
