A pack (of 3 rolls) will be £3 and cover 4.89m2 although there`s no mention anywhere of thickness

A good discount - they'll be the normal 200mm thick stuff, that have been reduced to £5 in the past. The three rolls are actually joined together as one big roll, but can be broken apart if needed as they're perforated.

good offer,moveing home and checked yesterday needs renewing would have been buying next week,now i will be buying tomorrow and will buy excess at that price.

seem to remember a letter in B&Q saying that the insulation was mis-priced in british gas leaflet or something before christmas..

You should replace, just add to. Roll the new on top of the old. That way you benefit from both, and don't have the mess of taking away the old stuff.
