I got in touch with them and they can save me £44 a month, I have to pay £595 in fees - £100 for a rate transfer, which is a bit annoying a I'm already with them but I'll still save over £4600. I've got under 14 years left on my mortgage and I can still over pay 10% so I'm hoping this will be the last mortgage I have!0

still dont see why you have to pay £100 for a transfer though... have you tried haggling?
I suppose they see it as you are with them anyway so whether you move to this new one or not they will still get your money.MFWB

I did point out that I wasn't really costing them the same leg work as a new customer, but it didn't do me a lot of good!!0
