Ing Bank

This is probably not the right place to ask this question but is there an easy way to find email addresses? I thought I had cracked it, and especially as the site was a government one but information had to paid for. I need the email address of ING BANK. Does anyone know it?.

Contact info is usually on the "contact us" section of the company web page.

Of course, they will have many email addresses, depending on the nature of your enquiry.

ING Group contact page is here http://www.ing.com/group/showdoc.jsp?docid=063433_EN&menopt=abo|faq

ING Direct (Bank) is here http://www.ingdirect.co.uk/general/contactus/existing.asp?section=home
(although they don't list an email account - I guess they would tell you the right one if you phoned up and asked them)
Alternatively, most online accounts have a secure messaging system within the logged in account. That would be the favourite way of dealing with written communications about your account....

Tried all that. They just don't seem to want emails.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve, but you are unlikely to do it by sending unsolicited emails.

If they want to be contacted by email they will reveal their email address.

If you want to be able to prove that you sent them an instruction, you'd be better off by sending recorded-delivery post. There is no proof of delivery with email. They can just deny receiving it.

Yes, maybe. You can't force 'em.
