Sorry to bump but I've just had an email from them (have a relative with no internet access but has diabetes so I've signed up for newsletters online for them)

It mentions this comp & says

Bayer are giving away 50 free blood glucose meters every month. Offering a variety of outstanding features, the Contour and Breeze 2 meters are state of the art blood glucose testing technology.

So I'm presuming (like it says) it's 50 a month from now until October (although I couldn't see an end date) so you can enter each month if you haven't already won one.
