Navman F20 updates

Hi does anyone know where i can get free updates for my navman f20, dont really want to pay £50 if it could be the same map i already have and cant afford a new sat nav with everything already done, i would buy one as well if someone knows of a cheap update

I have a NavMan - not the one you have though.
Mine came with a CD-ROm for updating purposes, which you also need a internet connection.
Do you have the CD-ROM?0
