peeps quick question should i do 6 months Road Tax or 12 months Road tax
if i do 6 month road tax i get to pay off more of the 0% cards faster but if i do 12 months i save a little money (i think a tenner) any ideas what i should do?

Well I did think about leaving a meat based product in your diary, but couldn't be bothered to find it so far back in the forum...peeps quick question should i do 6 months Road Tax or 12 months Road taxif i do 6 month road tax i get to pay off more of the 0% cards faster but if i do 12 months i save a little money (i think a tenner) any ideas what i should do?
You shouldn't be paying off your 0% cards. You should have the money in some kind of savings account, and just making minimum payments until just before then end of the 0%. That way you earn interest, and still have the money to pay it all off before the 0% finishes.

Hey Jamesy.
Look at your debt total!! That's some going matey.
I had a similar car tax dilemma in January. It galled me that buying six months would cost me ten pounds more in the long run but when that additional 60 quid meant me going into my overdraft I knew what I had to do!! August payment is already added into the budget spreadsheet. God, I'm sad aren't I??
