    The matched betting total will be used to pay off the remaining parts of my debt at the end of the year leaving me totally debt free :)

    Had you thought of just paying off the interest bearing debt and keeping the ones on zero % until their deals run out? That way you'd keep more of your savings and they'd be earning interest helping towards your deposit?

    yeah i must admit i have thought about this but i want to be totally debt free come 2008 as at the moment i may have a few projects that i may want to delve into in early 2008 and would really like to have no debt to my name if i decide to go ahead with them :)
