I would hate to be that scrutinised; the pressure to look good after having her baby would have been huge and not everyone is strong enough to cope with that. So, today I have eaten healthily and well, no snacking, and am now having a small Baileys. WHY do I feel so guilty?????
Anyhoo....
I came home tonight and tried on a load opf work clothes I have in my closet-and they all fit! They havent fit for over a YEAR and I am chuffed.
Was going to work out tonight but I am soooooooooo sore from killer class last night....Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
